What drives this work is a belief I've carried from the start: every young person deserves an excellent education and the chance to build a life that's authentically their own. I've spent my career working with organizations trying to make that real, and watched too many of them stall, not for lack of vision but for lack of the support to carry it through. I built Waymark Collaborative to be that support.
